Our team also offers: • Extensive experience in planning the work with realistic and accurate budgets and timelines. • Understanding and analysis of first cost and life-cycle cost for all building systems. • Experience and insight gained from our successful history working with complex phasing on projects of varying sizes, specifically on renovated school sites. • Single source responsibility for your project, overseen by experienced managers knowledgeable in all aspects of the project. • Personnel who take “ownership” of projects and details from the beginning, inject personal pride in the work and invest whatever effort is necessary to ensure success. • Specialized experience with the municipal and regulatory approval processes and the knowledge to resolve issues before they become problems. • A schedule driven approach that reduces Owner liability by requiring detailed schedules and holding contractors accountable. • Constant focus on constructability, operability and maintainability that begins early in the construction process and continues through project close-out.
