Collaboration 3, LLC has already spent $1.9 M on stabilizing the building, structural repairs, and mold remediation. The overall estimated expenditure is an additional $9.8 M to complete the stabilization and establish a useable existing building as well as the construction of the new addition including all of the required work for the core, shell, and fit-out for both.
